Hi, my name is Sue Reynolds and I have been a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner for just over twenty years. During that time, I have worked at a local college in North Wales as the resident Hypnotherapist helping over 2000 staff from several Campus’s with a variety of problems which included stress, anxiety, IBS, pain control and many other issues. I also worked for the Fit for Work service affiliated to the DWP helping people return to work from long term sickness and appeared in an S4C documentary helping a famous Welsh actor with his OCD which helped to raise awareness of this often anxiety linked debilitating condition.
I am a Reiki Master, teach Meditation and offer Spiritual life coaching. I have been involved in this international freelance work for over six years online, by phone or video call with clients worldwide. I do feel this service has become increasingly popular over the years.
Hypnotherapy is a fast and effective way to bring beneficial change into our lives, you can expect to see some change after even just one session. Smoking or drinking cessation is one session which lasts approximately an hour and a half. All other sessions are usually one hour. At a session we will fill in a form outlining what changes you would like to make, what hypnosis is and what you can expect the session to feel like. I can assure you that it is a beautiful experience of bodily relaxation only and that you are always in total control. In fact, you will feel a heightened focus and concentration, whilst feeling relaxed and calm We only use 10 to 12 % of our brain at a conscious level, the rest is the subconscious, imagine what we can achieve in this life by utilising the whole of the brain. There is nothing that is physically possible we cannot achieve.
The subconscious is separated from the conscious by the critical faculty, the analysing, thinking part of the brain, bodily relaxation allows this to just take a rest so that beneficial suggestions for change can go straight into the subconscious. Your subconscious won’t take on board anything that isn’t beneficial for you, if there is a part of you that doesn’t want to make the changes, it won’t. If, however, you do want to make the changes then it is easy and effortless, how truly amazing is that.
